1. How do I make NIOSH e-Payment

Steps to make payment (once you are already on NIOSH Checkout page):

• Payor to fill in the required information
• Click “Program Selection” to fill in payment details
• Click “Pay” to proceed with payment
• Payment can be made using FPX, FPX B2B (Corporate Banking Account) and Credit Card (VISA/ MasterCard)

2. I made payment using a Corporate Banking Account and the status shows Failed and Pending. What do I do now?
• In a Corporate Banking Account, there are 2 parties involved to complete the transaction; Checker and Maker.
• Maker is the Bank User with ability to create payment instruction
• Checker is the Bank Authoriser to approve payment in accordance to company's bank mandate / board resolution
• In general after Checker has authorised the payment instruction:
• The Bank will notify the receiver (NIOSH) with payment advice via email that the fund has been transferred into NIOSH account. Payment is completed and no action is required by Checker or Maker from your side.
• Or, the Maker (yourself) will need to inform NIOSH the payment advice once payment has been approved by Checker (manual update)
• In the event of above scenario:
• Check with the company's authorizer (Checker) if the payment has been approved
• Send us the payment advice help@mypay.com.my
• Official receipt will be sent to Payor's (Maker) email
3. How do I get the official receipt?
• Official receipt will be emailed to you after payment has been received. Kindly ensure you key in the right email address at the checkout page.
4. I have successfully made the payment but didn’t get the official receipt in my email.
• Receipts will be sent to the email you fill in before payment was made. You may check your junk/spam folder.
• If you still haven’t received the receipt, kindly email us at help@mypay.com.my with the following information for us to check:
• Payor's Name:
• Payor's IC/ Company number:
• Phone number:
5. FPX screen went blank when I tried to make the payment. What should I do? You may follow below steps to assist to assist with your issue:
• Amount should be in numeric format (numbers). For example, if the amount is RM 10,000, please insert 10000.
• If issue persists, please clear your browsing data, close the browser and try again.
• You may also try using the different browser or different device (mobile phone / computer) to make the payment.

6. I accidentally made double payment. How do I claim a refund?

7. My choice of bank is not included in your list. How do I proceed with payment?
• Our bank options cover for Personal and Corporate Account as follows:

• Payment options include VISA or MasterCard, which may be helpful if your choice of bank is not available.
8. Is there any transaction limit for NIOSH e-Payment?
• Personal Account: Up to RM 30,000.00 per transaction
• Corporate Account: Up to RM 1,000,000.00 per transaction
• Credit Cards (VISA/ MasterCard): Depending on the credit card limit
